Rock Ridge offers competitive year round rates
Up to 4 adults:
Use of the entire home, including main floor, loft master suite, lower level living area with sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms and guest bath:
$260.00/night + 10.64 % hotel tax, + $75.00 cleaning fee.
Stay 7 nights for the price of 6 ~ $25.00/day + 10.64% hotel tax per person over 4 adult guests.
Kids 16 and under stay free! (unless you host a large youth group, please call for rates)
Additional Information
THERE IS A TWO NIGHT STAY MINIMUM
We require half down when making your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. If you have to cancel and do so within 30 days of your check-in, we will be happy to refund deposit less credit card service charge. If you cancel closer than 30 days to your arrival we will honor your deposit for a future stay.
Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out is 11 AM.
We do not accept pets.
We do not allow smoking inside.
We want to make your vacation special. Don't hesitate to ask about in-house massage therapy, catering, event planning, or guided climbing and repeling. The only limit is your imagination!
